PRODUCTS The Arcticool Chiller unit contains the Copeland Compliant Scroll Compressor; one of the most efficient, quiet, reliable compressors available. The Arcticool Non-ducted Fan Coil units have worldwide recognition for quiet, reliable operation and have a reputation for sleek, seamless design. These units can be operated from a central thermostat or can have individual controls, infrared remotes or hard-wired controls.
The type of construction, the insulation values and the climate will effect the area each fan coil and chiller will cool. Upon review of your project information and plans, we will help you determine the appropriate package for your cooling needs. Each package includes the Chiller, Expansion Tank, Storage Tank, Circulating Pump, 1” and 1/2” Tubing with insulation, Bypass Valve, Needed Fittings, Wall Units with 2-way water control valves, filling hoses, surge tank and instructions. The compressor and surge tank are assembled and pre-plumbed. The refrigerant is pre-charged and tested. We will need your drawings to lay out routing and placement of the wall unit and piping. The installer will need to make provisions for the condensate drainage piping and connections. The system circulates a water/glycol mix. The installer will need to provide propylene glycol on-site.
